Building project “Jardins de LLevant”: comfort, luxury and beauty in Mallorca

Metrovacesa continues to work on its project “Jardins de Llevant”, a residential complex in Palma de Mallorca. The promotion consists of 114 luxurious and comfortable dwellings in an incredible area of the Balearic Islands. What is “Jardins de Llevant”?


“Jardins de Llevant” is a residential complex that has been constructed with its clients’ comfort and tranquillity in mind. The premises comprise 114 dwellings, ample gardens, and two panoramic exterior swimming pools which offer views of Portixol and the green area of Can Palou. Where is the building project “Jardins de Llevant” located?

The project is located in Nou Llevant, in Palma. Precisely, the building is located on Avenida Mèxic, less than ten minutes on foot from the marina and the seaside promenade. Because of its modern architecture, its technology, and its comfort, Jardins de Llevant has awakened the interest and curiosity of the citizens of Majorca and the entire Balearic Islands.

Nou Llevant is one of the most important areas of expansion of Palma city. At the moment, the local government of the Balearic Islands as well as large real estate developers are investing to transform the area. Therefore, the framework project Levante innovation district includes six innovative initiatives: The Palma Tech Campus, the Innovation Centre for Energy Transition TE21, the creation of a digital hub, the Project for the Promotion of Social Cohesion Palma Citilab, the living labs and a innovation hub for tourism. For this reason, Metrovacesa is planning to develop a new neighbourhood with 500 homes by 2025, and is foreseeing an investment of approximately 37 million euros and the creation of roughly 1,000 direct and indirect jobs.



Who is involved in the building project “Jardins de Llevant”?


The architects Mangado y Asociados SL are in charge of this new construction in Nou Llevant, the same studio that designed the Congress Centre of Palma and the Museum of Fine Arts of Asturias, amongst others. They designed the complex with the needs and well-being of the clients in mind. On the other hand, the construction firm is CONSTRUYE CAPITAL, a company comprised by committed people with an important trajectory in Spain. Moreover, the project is insured by BeSafe and the promoting bank is BANCO SANTANDER.
